Italy vs Australia 1 - 0

How disappointing. Italy was awarded a penalty kick during extra time and it went through. It was controversial, sad and tragic for the Aussies, but the referees haven’t been fair anyway. I reckon we should forget the Italians, forget the controversial goal, look back on how wonderful they’ve played (it’s the round of 16 after all) and give then a round of applause for their hard work.

Recent Photo: Who’s hiding?

bdayYes, that’s me hiding my face behind my notebook on my most memorable but unexpected birthday party.

What’s next?

Just finished my last exam for the semester, but I still have lots to get on with. I have a social outing tomorrow, a party on Sunday (still need to get him a card) and back to uni on Monday and another party to get to next week. But for now, I need to sleep, relax and surf the net.

Australia vs Japan: 3-1

Hours before the match, my bro called in and I asked for his opinion about Australia winning. He reckons that Japan would win, but as it turned out, the Socceroos won. I wish i made a $10 bet.

Give it a break! Chant for the Socceroos!!!

While most Asians are going for Japan, I will take the unusual side and support the Scocceroos.
Instead of studying/blogging/net surfing, I’ll be sitting in the lounge room, yelling and screaming as Australia kicks its first goal. I know the atmosphere will be much more intense at Federation Square, but I hate being in crowds. So why not sit comfortably with a nice hot chocolate and chips for the football (soccer) game?
