Problem Fixed

I haven’t been able to use the wireless internet properly on my airport extreme card since I brought it three months ago. It had a very low interception range and it needed to be in the line of sight. But now its fixed! I told my brother about it and he found this webpage and sent it to me. The problem was that the antenna wasn’t connected properly onto my airport extreme card. So that is fixed. But then I have another problem now: the computer keeps self-assigning its IP address everytime I use the laptop. But I think that should be easy to fix.

Now that my wireless connection is up and running, I can even sit on the grassy patchy area at uni and use my laptop at the same time!

Mid-Autumn Festival.

Asian communities today are celbrating the mid-autumn festival, which falls on the 15th August on the lunar calender (ε…«ζœˆεδΊ”). Although the festival is not common in Australia, we still celebrate it. Mum has being bringing back home some mooncakes (not Wing Wah, but a taiwanese brand). The lotus seed paste in the cake is a bit too sweet to me, but I am willing to have a bit of it every year than to waste it. I want to try other mooncake varieties as well, such as coffee flavored and chocolate flavoured mooncakes. Hopefully, I can find some of these mooncakes in Melbourne.

Feel Bored?

Like every other day, I can get bored very easily - sitting at home all day and doing assignments and reports. So, here is a list of things I do when I get bored:

Play my cat (until she gets angry or scratches me - whatever comes first)
Watch TV - but usually nothing is good on TV
Play Solitare on computer
